Pectoral: Three diagonal skin fold measurements taken half the
distance between the nipple and the upper portion of the pectoral
(chest) muscle at the armpit.
Abdominal: Three vertical skin fold measurements taken one
inch to the right of the umbilicus (navel).
Thigh: Three vertical skin fold measurements taken half the
distance between the patella (knee cap) and the inguinal crease (the
skin crease between the thigh and the hip).
