1 cup of egg white
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups unsalted cashews
1 1/2 cups of raw almonds
1 cup of dried cranberries | Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350
2. In a large bowl mix protein, egg whites, vanilla extract until you have a thick carmel like consistancy.
3. Slowly mix in nuts and cranberries...mixing thoroughly.
4. Press mixture in a 9 x 9 inch non-stick baking pan coated with cooking spray. spread evenly so mixure is about 1 inch thick.
5. Bake for 10 minutes-do not overbake. A slight crust should form on the top.
