Ingredients:

1tbsp natural peanut butter Skim Milk as required 1 scoop chocolate Protein

 

Instructions:

Gradually add the protein to the pb. Add skim milk, drop by drop, if necessary. Don\'t add too much milk or it\'s like eating puke. Form into balls and set in fridge. The breakdown for this depends on your brand of protein, so I won\'t even bother.
