Ingredients:

1 small box Jell-O Sugar Free Vanilla Instant Pudding 1 cup Half and Half 1 cup water 1 large box Sugar Free Raspberry Jell-O (or your favorite flavor)

 

Instructions:

Make Sugar Free Raspberry Jell-O according to the package directions. Pour Raspberry Jell-O into dessert dishes (as many servings as you want - no carbs) Let set until firm (overnight if you can wait) In another bowl add Jell-O Sugar Free Vanilla Instant Pudding, water and half & half. Mix on low speed for 2 minutes then high for 2 more. Pour into small bowl, cover and refrigerate until Raspberry Jell-O is set. Top each dessert dish with a couple tablespoons of the Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding.
